1.2 Definitions
"Account" means your trading account with TradeCircle. "Client" means any individual or entity that has opened an account with the Company. "Services" means all services provided by TradeCircle, including access to the trading platform, market data, educational materials, and customer support.
1.3 Amendments
TradeCircle reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notification on the trading platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
